This role is Front of the Front End Development. You will be working for Aquent Studios, joining a client team that is supporting a Design System promoting consistent user experience across a large digital product. A stand-out quality in a past position would be experience in a design system/component library environment.

PowerSecure is seeking a passionate Software Developer for our Software Development team. The junior software developer will be part of a team that is focused on delivering quality and maintainable code that enables growth of current and future products and services to our customers. Program in multiple languages to create specified products. Document code, including commenting and reporting on features. Work across teams to identify and solve problems. Interpret requirements and create project plans to meet schedule and quality goals.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization or an associate degree and two years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering
• Experience building web applications and familiar with AngularJS, HTML and CSS Proficiency in TypeScript and Python
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs Knowledge of C / C++ / C# programming language
• Experience with databases such as SQL, Amazon RDS and DynamoDB.
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills
